As the daughter of an antique appraiser and gift shop owner, Kathy Ozzard Chism learned about selling with integrity at a very early age.

Kathy has been a top-grossing salesperson for such companies as Ethan Allen Interiors, Hot Spring and Caldera Spas, and Solatube International. She holds a B.A. in education, an A.A. in interior architecture/design, and is nationally certified and licensed in therapeutic massage.

Kathy's vast experience includes corporate event planning and management, owning her own interior design company, teaching 4th grade, ten years as a United Airlines flight attendant, and founding Dream One World, a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Thanks to a lifetime of many moves to many locations, Kathy has been creating garage sales, usually one or two per year, for nearly 40 years... all with great success.
